As the literature describes, Moringa is a plant native to India and other countries. It contains proteins, vitamins, and minerals, making it useful for nutrition.
It is a plant with green small leaves but i manufactured into many forms of products. It is sold as a dry ingredient well blended in a powder or capsule form.
Dr. Sebi speaks with such big great advocacy about herbs and their effect on human health and wellbeing. In one lecture that he gave termed “Eat to live”, Dr. Sebi had a lot of things to say about moringa. He explains:
His final thoughts are that every race of human-like African, Asian, and Alaskan had their special food type. Because of that, the African people would not be suitable to have Moringa in their diet. This plant would be a hybrid in African nature.
What Does Dr. Sebi Say About Moringa?
Moringa leaves are the most widely studied and they have shown to be beneficial in several chronic conditions, including hypercholesterolemia, high blood pressure, diabetes, insulin resistance, non-alcoholic liver disease, cancer, and overall inflammation.
The description of Dr. Sebi says “Moringa is not bad – just don’t mix it with anything acidic (best consumed on its own) No carrots, spinach, or milk & don’t mix alkaline and acidic foods”
Also, he says a lot about the research process where he learned a lot about herbs. He had observed so many herbs in the way that they were growing and found out that moringa is not naturally made but a hybrid herb.
Although there is no strong evidence that he is against Moringa, he does not find it a favorite food for his African biomineral genome.

Moringa has a very high reputation as a superfood, but it is a hybrid. Dr. Sebi studied most of the herbs for their acidity or alkalinity.

In his journey of studying the herbs, there were only some that showed alkaline effects like Burdock, elderberry, and chamomile.
