As the literature describes, Moringa is a plant native to India and other countries. It contains proteins, vitamins, and minerals, making it useful for nutrition.
It is a plant with green small leaves but i manufactured into many forms of products. It is sold as a dry ingredient well blended in a powder or capsule form.
Dr. Sebi speaks with such big great advocacy about herbs and their effect on human health and wellbeing. In one lecture that he gave termed “Eat to live”, Dr. Sebi had a lot of things to say about moringa. He explains:
His final thoughts are that every race of human-like African, Asian, and Alaskan had their special food type. Because of that, the African people would not be suitable to have Moringa in their diet. This plant would be a hybrid in African nature.
What Does Dr. Sebi Say About Moringa?
Moringa leaves are the most widely studied and they have shown to be beneficial in several chronic conditions, including hypercholesterolemia, high blood pressure, diabetes, insulin resistance, non-alcoholic liver disease, cancer, and overall inflammation.
The description of Dr. Sebi says “Moringa is not bad – just don’t mix it with anything acidic (best consumed on its own) No carrots, spinach, or milk & don’t mix alkaline and acidic foods”
Also, he says a lot about the research process where he learned a lot about herbs. He had observed so many herbs in the way that they were growing and found out that moringa is not naturally made but a hybrid herb.
Although there is no strong evidence that he is against Moringa, he does not find it a favorite food for his African biomineral genome.
Is Moringa Dr. Sebi Approved?
Moringa is a plant with high nutritional and medicinal value. Its different parts are sources of vitamins and minerals and present different medicinal potential.
Dr. Sebi is very consistent on the Moringa plant. He says that this plant originates in India and is a part of a plant-based diet. Dr. Sebi does not deny or approve of moringa as an alkaline food and part of his dietary guidelines. However, he advises to take caution in how moringa is consumed – to not mix it with acidic foods because they will destroy the health benefits of Moringa.
Why Does Dr. Sebi Approve/Not approve Moringa?
Moringa has a very high reputation as a superfood, but it is a hybrid. Dr. Sebi studied most of the herbs for their acidity or alkalinity.
Although Dr. Sebi says Moringa is healthier than spinach or milk or carrots, he never stated clearly whether a person should take or avoid moringa. However, since it is not approved in this guide of nutritional food list, then he does not approve of it.
In his journey of studying the herbs, there were only some that showed alkaline effects like Burdock, elderberry, and chamomile.
Is Moringa Man-made?
Moringa is a native to India and grows in the tropical and subtropical regions of the world. Because of its high nutritive value, most parts of the plant is used for nutritional as well as medicinal purposes.
The leaves are rich in minerals, vitamins, and other essential phytochemicals. Leaf extract is used to treat malnutrition and augment breast milk in lactating mothers. It is used as a potential antioxidant, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, and antimicrobial agent.
Moringa is a wonder tree, providing almost all nutrients to those who consume it. According to Dr. Sebi’s, this tree is not native and made from nature; it is a kind of a hybrid because of its acid nature. Nature cannot create a plant that is acid.
