How To Use Sea Moss for mucus

So, here you go:

On the other hand, if you don’t soak it long enough, it won’t be fully hydrated and may be tougher to blend. The sweet spot is somewhere between 4 and 6 hours. So set a timer and let the sea moss do its thing.

2. Blend the soaked sea moss
Once the sea moss has been soaked, add it to a blender with some water and blend until smooth. This is the gel mixture. Store in the refrigerator to gelatinize.
