1. Start with the detox cleanse.

2. Take sea moss and herbal teas.
Dr. Sebi mentions that sea moss is the single healthiest food containing about 92 of 102 minerals found in nature. Sea moss together with herbal teas made from electric alkaline herbs are very alkalising to the body.
Herbal teas such as dandelion root tea, burdock root tea, lavender tea, lemon balm tea, sarsaparilla tea, nettle leaf tea, red clover blossom tea, burdock root tea, etc are used during the cleanse to help detoxify the body and promote a healthy alkaline balance.

Dr. Sebi recommends at least a 12 day fast, but it is okay to do a 7 or 10 day fast. If you are new to fasting, start with a shorter fast and work your way up to 12 days.
4. Choose Alkalizing Foods

Sunlight also helps to promote a healthy pH balance in the body by providing vitamin D and other benefits.
