Sea moss Bladderwrack Gel

  • 2 packs dried sea moss
  • 1 pack bladderwrack
  • 4 cups or more spring water


  • Find sea moss and bladderwrack at a local market, grocery store or health food store.
  • Clean your plants and then soak them in a glass jar of spring water for 12 to 48 hours. Soak them in separate bowls of clean, spring water.
  • After this, pour off a little water and place your sea moss and bladderwrack in a blender.  Blend them until you have a gel-like consistency.  
  • Add 1 to 2 tbsp of this gel to smoothies, nutrition drinks, or foods you consume.
