  • 1 medium ripe avocado diced
  • 1 key lime juiced
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • ½ teaspoon ginger minced
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 cherry tomatoes


  • In a medium bowl, combine the avocado, red onion, jalapeño pepper, garlic, salt, and lime juice.
  • Using a fork or an immersion blender, mash the ingredients together until desired consistency is achieved.
